February 26, 2025It’s a nice area and the apartments are kept pretty clean. The walls are thin so I hear random noises every now and then (pipes, water running, steps, knocking on walls, etc.). Overall, it’s been enjoyableProperty Manager Responded

February 17, 2025Here’s a concise resident experience: The location is the best feature of this place, with everything within walking distance, including the DART station. However, the building could benefit from more nearby retail options, like a coffee shop. The valet garbage service isn’t necessary and tends to encourage bad behavior, leading to dirty hallways.
