    Me and my family absolutely love our new home. It’s spacious and comfortable. I love how big the kitchen as well. Location is good besides the small traffic by spring cypress light and I don’t like how fast the residents drive in the parking lot.

    I love living here. It's a quiet place, the office staff are all very friendly. The maintenance staff too. If something gets damaged they resolve it quickly.

    Overall, it’s been great living here. I’ve never had an issue with the maintenance team fulfilling work orders. The office staff has events for residents and schedule food trucks which is great for those evenings when you don’t feel like cooking. There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance and others that are a short distance away, depending on your preferences. Sometimes you may not get an up close parking space and will have to park farther away from your building. There ...

    Good afternoon my name is Lisa. I been here 3 years. Office staff is friendly, maintenance is nice, community is calm . I hope my rate does not increase as I'd like to renew but based off current prices online I am paying over 100 dollars more for the same floorplan.

    I’ve been here for a year and let’s just say the first 6 months were nice but after not so good. I’ve been having ac issues but they just say it’s because the sun is setting on one side of the apartment. There is bird poop everywhere in front of apartment doors on the doors , spiderwebs around the front doors in the breeze way on the stairwells. There is not grounds upkeep here and corporate doesn’t seem to care either. This is classified as a luxury apartment but it’s so dirty and the gate is ...
    ALWAYS BROKEN, tires have been taken off at least 3 cars in the past month. Parking is a joke!

We inspected your a/c and while it was working well, we understand the August heat was difficult to bear. It seems the cooler weather helped but let us know if the issue pops up again, and we’ll be happy to take another look. For the bird droppings, we’re doing our best to keep up with pressure washing, but the birds are quick! Since they’re protected, we can’t remove the nests, but we’ll stay on top of the cleaning. The gates have been a bit of a headache lately, mainly because of cars hitting them, but we’re repairing them as fast as we can.     Appliances are old and worn out. Pool was down a lot this summer. Elevator was out a lot this summer. Lots of cigarettes butts on the grounds for a smoke free community.

      Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Our appliances are well taken care of, but we do replace them when needed. The elevator being down was a real frustration, especially after the storm in May that caused delays for a lot of places in the city, but we got it back up as soon as we could. We know the smoke-free policy is important, and we do our best to keep the grounds clean. That said, we also need residents to help out by keeping their areas tidy.     Honestly I’m pretty disappointed. I just moved in and it seems like the amenities are not well taken care of. Only one grill on property works. The one grill happens to be inside the pool, which seems to always be closed. I’ve now met and talked with several of my neighbors that have been here close to a year, all of who confirm the pool is closed quite regularly with no notice or reasoning provided.

      Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for any hassle you’ve experienced. We’re aware that one grill isn’t working, but the other three are good to go while we work on getting the broken one replaced. As for the pool, it’s only closed when repairs are needed. Unfortunately, a lot of the closures are due to damages caused by things like broken glass or debris, which can mess with the filtration system.     Our move in was a smooth transition! Pamela was amazing and the facilities are top. We look forward to enjoying the pool and gym. The elevators make it so easy to bring our furniture and an added benefit when we carrying groceries

    I have had very bad experience with this property in the last year. My car has gotten damaged twice. Once by angry visitor who smashed several windshields. Second time, by window shutters during the storm. Twice I've had to pay a deductible to my insurance to get it fixed. I've asked the property manager to give me an alternative which would be a garage and it seems like neither her or her upper management care for their residents. I will not be renewing my lease next year. Very upset with ...
