Good prices

Great place to live

Solid Security Elite group security

DO NOT RENT HERE!
August 1, 2024Been here just under a year, I will not be renewing. When I moved in several things needed to be fixed and/or replaced. Out of 8 items only 1 was resolved in this year. Whole lot of homeless people live behind this place, and no one does anything about it, I have had stuff stolen right off my porch from a couple of them and have never had anything resolved. During Christmas an inspection, and I had stuff in front of my window. Was told by the manager here that it was fixed and place completely ...cleaned that I would be evicted right on Christmas. My place was already very clean as I'm not at home very much. These are just the highlights. I have so many more things I can complain about. If you're looking for a nice apartment - this isn't the place to live.Property Manager Responded

Feels like a home
March 28, 2021One of the two things I was looking for was a spacious floor plan with washer and Dryer and a back yard. Since, I wasn’t ready for a house yet, I found Sabrinas Place and couldn’t believe how close it felt like being in a home. My parking space is right in front of my door. The staff has always gone above and beyond to help me with my concerns. I strongly recommend Sabrinas Place to anyone who is not quite ready to buy a house but wants the next best thing.Property Manager Responded

Moved out of town
June 17, 2019My husband and I moved here 4 months ago. I found this place online and was the cheapest 3 bedroom in this area. The only thing is I wish the pool was bigger it can get packed during the weekends...the staff is very friendly and helpful.
