Quiet Neighborhood, complex could make some improvements
August 3, 2015Complex is Saga Bay Gardens, have been living here for about a year. they recently changed the parking markers creating a bit of a nightmare for those with 2 cars in their household,they will only give you ine resident spot and your second car needs to find a visitor spot which are few available. There is a pool and Tennis court, as well as a gym with outdated equipment. During summer months the mosquitoes are very aggressive possibility due to property being on a lake. It is gated and they ...recently installed security cameras , as their were previous incidents of car break ins and car thefts and unsavory characters in the complex from neighboring areas. The apartment I am in is a 2/2, recently remodeled and with new appliances and a decent sized balcony. there is a small issue with stray cats, due to the fact that some tenants feed them even though you are not supposed to. Lastly, the association company that runs the property isnt the greatest.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
