DANGER! BEWARE!
January 15, 2025BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! If you have children do not move here! There is a big safety problem here and after reviewing the lease they even ensure to cover themselves by saying they cannot ensure safety! There is a vicious pit bull who lives here and runs around attacking other dogs and people. I have video evidence and even brought it to the leasing offices attention and still the dog was not removed. There is a big drug problem causing lots of foot traffic. There is also a big problem with ...people getting belligerent drunk in the parking lot and pulling out there private parts to urinate as well as puking on the ground. I’ve witnessed domestic violence on several occasions as well as the cops here every single night. WORST APARTMENTS IN TEMECULA

The lack of professionalism and lack of communication from the staff, the safety concerns, and the appalling living conditions make this complex untenable for anyone seeking a secure, clean, and well-maintained living environment. Furthest thing from luxury
July 5, 2022They refused to let me see the apartment before I signed all the paperwork once the lease was signed that’s when I was allowed to look at the apartment that I was about to rent they slap some lipstick on the pig and called her today since then the property manager has threatened us multiple times and try to strong-arm us into doing ridiculous tasks like renewing our renters insurance a month early renters insurance renews automatically . Definitely not worth the money that they’re charging ...especially with some of the poorest customer service that I’ve ever received they do not care about the residence here.Property Manager Responded

I live here and it’s terrible
April 8, 2022Ive been living here for eight months now, and all I have to say this is the most terrible complex I’ve ever lived in. Took them seven months to replace my oven. Now they won’t replace my air conditioner.Property Manager Responded

No me quieren regresar mi holding deposit

Aplique les mande toda mi información y seguía llamándoles para saber si tenían alguna nueva noticia de cómo iba mi aplicación y jamás contestaron mis llamadas ni correos electrónicos! Cuando por fin me contactaron decidieron cancelar mi aplicación por “ que no podían comunicarse” cuando en realidad ellos no me contestaban a mi . Les pedí mi depósito de vuelta y me dijeron que no me regresarían nada! New management is the absolute worst
November 4, 2019We have lived here 2 years, and we renewed our lease with the old management company MG properties who have always been professional, considerate, and had great customer service. The new management company is cutthroat, rude, and inconsiderate. They lack communication and dont care about how their actions affect their tenants. Absolutely worst
July 3, 2019The staff was rude, the apt was not ready the carpet was wet, they change their payment system every 3 m then refuse to help you. There are bums who come threw there and sleep by the canal then they leave there crack pipes there for kids to find. Love my new place to call home
October 18, 2017My brother and sister in law moved in 2 months ago and because we absolutely love the location and the help we get from Jennifer and Onie and the rest of the staff my husband and I have also decided to rent a 3 bedroom Appartment at this location. They are very detail and are always listening to our needs to make our move in dates run smooth. I would recommend the complex.
