January 1, 2025Sage Hollow Apartments can be a decent place to live, offering a seemingly calm environment at times. However, it faces significant issues that undermine its appeal. Car wheel theft has occurred multiple times, yet no noticeable security measures have been implemented, even when the front gate remains broken. Currently, the gate has been left unrepaired for nearly three weeks, with no apparent urgency to address it. Additionally, the property struggles with pest control, as cockroach infestations ...are becoming more severe. Overflowing trash dumpsters further contribute to the unkempt and unpleasant living conditions.Property Manager Responded
