It’s simple…obey the rules and pay your rent! All will be fine. This manager and maintenance put up with some really horrible renters at times. I enjoy living here and have never experienced a problem!

Poor management

The apartments are nice, but anyone who lives or has lived there will tell you Ginger is a bully. She has the worst attitude and will cuss you out for no reason on her best day. I imagine the turnover rate is crazy high.
