September 11, 2024Omg! I love my loft! Super duper cute! Its perfect for myself. I didnt expect the complex to be as quiet as it is. There's plenty of places to park and management is great. A Hidden Gem
March 2, 2024I’ve been a resident here for almost 3 years(April) and it is hands down my favorite residency I’ve rented. The curb appeal is A1, Management is friendly and timely with getting work orders in and making sure they’re fulfilled and the neighbors are friendly. Another plus about residing in Clarkston is that it is a cultural hub of a melting pot of different nationalities. I would stay here again!
August 10, 2023I have been a resident for approximately one lease term and things went well. What I like most about the loft style is that it is kind of like a town-house feel, rather than traditional apartments. I can appreciate not having someone walking over me, though sometimes you can hear the neighbors next door. Whenever I've had to call maintenance, they've come within a reasonable timeframe and tried to resolve my issues. Some issues had to be escalated to outside contractors, which could be annoying ...because the complex has to wait them to come, but the office manager to scheduled them in a reasonable time frame. The office staff is communicative and any issues were addressed promptly. The neighborhood is quiet, and clean, and I never felt unsafe. Only thing to note is that the apartments are definitely older, so it doesn't provide that updated/luxury apartment feel, no matter how hard they try.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
