September 11, 2024Omg! I love my loft! Super duper cute! Its perfect for myself. I didnt expect the complex to be as quiet as it is. There's plenty of places to park and management is great. A Hidden Gem
March 2, 2024I’ve been a resident here for almost 3 years(April) and it is hands down my favorite residency I’ve rented. The curb appeal is A1, Management is friendly and timely with getting work orders in and making sure they’re fulfilled and the neighbors are friendly. Another plus about residing in Clarkston is that it is a cultural hub of a melting pot of different nationalities. Quite and clean

Whenever I've had to call maintenance, they've come within a reasonable timeframe and tried to resolve my issues. The office staff is communicative and any issues were addressed promptly.
