RENTERS BEWARE
January 21, 2026This apartment complex is running a scam with a local tow company. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. All of my vehicle registrations magically disappeared off of my account and my car was towed last night. I will now have to pay almost $400 to get my car back. I believe the apartment and the tow company are running a scam. Rent at your own RiskProperty Manager Responded

Our towing policies are only enforced in an effort to ensure that our residents have ample parking at all times by removing unauthorized vehicles. We do not receive any portion of the proceeds collected from a vehicle being towed. Our team works very hard and takes many measures to ensure that residents are well versed in how the permitting system works to avoid situations like this. Not liking at all
November 23, 2025have been living at Sagemont for 2 months and I am disappointed and frustrated. I had my boyfriend's car towed last night at 4 am. That was disrespectful. He was registered for guest parking with the Apartment Permits. The permit had expired at 6pm on 11/22 and when I tried to renew his guest permit, I received a message saying: 'Failed to Register Guest Vehicle. The maximum number of hours for hourly guests is 0 hours.' What?! He paid $350 to get the car back plus 2 hours waiting. First of ...all, nobody ever told me there was a monthly hours limit on guest parking. He comes every weekend, and that was enough to reach the guest-hour limit. - The air pollution is high, and it smells everything. My hair smells of smoke. You can't open the balcony door so your apartment smells bad. - The water smells nasty. Their water treatment causes it to stink. - My unit faces the highway and the bridge intersections. You can hear the truck noise, which is loud even at night. - The hallway smells bad. It has a heavy smoke smellProperty Manager Responded

Horrible Security - Car Stolen - No video provided
April 3, 2024I was visiting family that lives there. On March 17, 2024 my car was stolen from inside the gated area. The investigator from the Irving police department requested surveillance footage of the vehicle exiting the property. Sagemont did not provide the footage and said they didn't see anything. My relatives are now looking for a safer place to live since they just bought a new vehicle as well and would like to keep it. I can not speak for the other amenities as I am not a resident but it appears ...to be clean and well maintained. If you're not worried about your car getting stolen, this may be the place for you. Love it!
August 25, 2023I have had such a good experience at Sagemont! They have brought in a brand new staff that has exceeded expectations. They are always so friendly and helpful. I love my apartment, the fixtures are awesome and the mirror has LED lighting that looks so elegant. It is a new property so it has been so nice having so much open parking and being the first person to live in my apartment is such a nice luxury. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
March 3, 2023Highly recommend you look elsewhere. Worse apartment I've lived in. Leaving this comment due to reasons below but mostly due to Emily the property manager being incredibly disrespectful, even though I talked to her twice over two months living here. Property is very overpriced, hence why there is no one living on my floor and prices are finally coming down after two months. They're still overpriced. Amenities that were promised when touring are not available, even though we were told multiple ...times that they would be available upon move in and in advertisements within the last week they promise those same amenities to new customers. Gates are left open sometimes all day, mean while there is no locks on the doors to get into our general apartment floors. When asked two months ago, they said they were going to be added. Apartment requires you to use (or pay for and risk packages being lost as they have no common area for packages to be delivered to) fetch for packages to save them money to not have lockers onsite. Go look at reviews of the fetch service and you'll understand the complaint here. I could go on, but lastly I'll say they never mention paying rent cannot be split on their portal, unless you pay before the first of the month. At my last 4 apartments who used Rent Cafe, this has never been a thing. This means Sagemont clearly have this option turned off for their own personal reasons.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
