poor facility and management
July 2, 2022The pool has been closed for almost 3 years now. Since the cooperation was changed, the club house has also been closed for 3 years (a little before the pool closed). The grass, plants, and trees are not trimmed. And there's lots of dog poop and trash in the grass and everywhere in general. Another major problem is that they are constantly increasing the rent. Each month you have until the 5th to pay rent and until the 3rd to give a personal check. After the 3rd, personal checks are not accepted ...and you need to pay with a money order.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015My family and I moved in Sagewood at Stonebridge in 2007. We are the first tenant in our unit and I've no plan of moving out. It is a very quiet and peaceful community. My family and I really love the place. We received monthly flyer from where we know what's going on within the community. We have awesome neighbors and the rental office stuffs are very accommodating.
