DO NOT RENT HERE
July 18, 2020The front office will not invest money into their unit. They give you the run around when pressed. The property manager even tried to convince me that their units are not designer to handle 100 degree heat. They will send the maintenence people out to check Freon but nothing will get fixed. The townhome unit is constantly 80 degrees during the hot part of the day and even hotter in the 2nd story. Do not rent here.Review from Apartments.com
Nice Place to live!
July 3, 2018Recently moved-in, my experience with Gloria was great. She was very detailed,respectful and sweet throughout the process. The apartments are quiet, and have lots of parking! April 19, 2018I have lived here almost 5 years and never had a problem.Very nice,clean and quiet apartments to live in.The staff from the office are very friendly the take the time to answer your questions and issues that you may have. Crooks! Incompetent Management!
July 22, 2017I lived in these apartments for about three years and when not having to deal with the management, it was alright. I paid my rent on time and never caused any issues. Maintenance was usually very good. But I dreaded moving out. On more than one occasion, I heard people in the office trying to get their deposit back, with much difficulty. When my turn came, I made sure to scrub my apartment down and take pictures, request my walkthrough, take more pictures along with the management and get a ...timeline as far as when to expect my deposit. We discussed what would be charged and I left my forwarding address-again. Now it's been almost two months and I have yet to receive anything. Not even a list of phony deductions. When I called the office, I was told I actually owe more than the deposit! I will be contacting the management company and taking this further, if necessary. I have never not had my deposit returned. And it has never been this sketchy. Guess they were planning not to notify me of their trumped up charges and slap me with nonpayment or some such nonsense. Don't rent here! It's just a headache waiting to happen. And they had the nerve to ask if I would ever return? Hah!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great price for the size
July 31, 2015I love my townhome other than the countertops and cabinets being a little outdated. Overall the price is great for how large it is. The staff is not the friendliest, but you don't have to interact with them too much so it's not a big issue. The area of town is a little worn down but I still feel safe.
