August 2, 2024For the most part this complex is pretty great as far as the ammenities go. The pool was closed for maintenance at some point at the beginning of the summer but seems to be ok now. Our AC went out and Samantha was SUPER helpful with getting us taken care of with a portable AC unit and stuff. The only problem I have is that when we first moved in our unit was NOT supposed to have carpet and Cristal promised us that we would receive some sort of concession since they accidently installed carpet ...instead of vinyl and it's been 4 months and we still haven't seen any credit.Property Manager Responded

July 21, 2024Rent is expensive and this community does not have much to offer for what you are paying. Not understanding why I have to pay for valet trash when the main dumpster is a few feet away and I can toss my own trash out. So I pay for Waste Management trash pick up and valet trash. Ridiculous! I don't use the community grills...I feel that is gross, but I have to pay the gas usage for those that are using it. Rent gets to be expensive when you are paying for community lights, water, etc. Yet, the ...front gate is wide open all the time and anyone can get onto the property, so having a Fob for the gate is useless. They claim that they are changing over to a new company for the gates...that was 3 months ago!Property Manager Responded
