Bedbugs and bad management1
July 20, 2015I thought I had found the perfect affordable place as I relocated and looked for a house to buy. Great neighborhood! The apartment is cozy and a little dark, but I could live with that. Then it was just one thing after another. The rent I was quoted was, in fact, not what the rent would be. I was told that the utilities ran around $30 per month and them it was raised to $73. When I drop something on the floor, it is totally covered in ants within 30 minutes. Now 2 of the 8 apartments in ...the building have bedbugs and the management says it is each tenants responsibility to pay for extermination.
