February 17, 2025The ladies in the office are great and really helped me through the process of everything…there are a couple of reasons why the one star is gone but it’s due to the tenants not picking up after their fur babies and all the glass, metal, and plastic on the ground that everyone just walks by:..we have to all work together to keep it safe for all of our babies…human and fur babies as well…sandstone community as a whole seem to be very friendly:..I love it here!Review from Apartments.com

December 12, 2024It's been ok I was kind of surprised with paying for water, maintenance, sewer and so many other fees, but the place is clean, and it's a very nice place to live around, it's still not understanding way I'm paying for extra things but I should have looked more closely at the contract, it's ok I like living hereProperty Manager Responded

December 7, 2024I have lived here for several years and have enjoyed that time as a resident. This is a great location and the complex is nice and quiet. The neighbors I've met have been friendly and interesting to talk to. Management and maintenance have been helpful and friendly. This new Management team has made a lot of great changes to the complex and we have our pool back!!Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2024I have now been here for a full year (almost two) and the new staff are really nice, friendly, and welcoming . They make you feel at home even you are in their office. November 30, 2024I am writing to bring to your attention new ongoing noise disturbance that has become increasingly disruptive in the apartment complex, particularly after working hours. It seems that some tenants have hosting loud visitors, particularly during the evening and and some weekends, creating disturbance in the area.
