September 1, 2017I have lived at Sandusky square in F7 for about a year and a half now. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Since moving in I only had one marine car issue where my water heater flooded my bedroom, and they handled this immediately! Great Location and Staff
June 29, 2017I lived in a one bedroom apartment for 2.5 years and the staff was always helpful when I needed. Great Apartment!
June 21, 2016I've really enjoyed living at Sandusky Square the past year! I am only leaving because I'm moving to a different state. Since moving in, I've only had one maintenance request and it was handled within one day. I cannot say enough good things about the office and maintenance staff here. They are very nice to their residents and make you feel at home. My utilities have been reasonable year round. Perfect for what I wanted
April 26, 2016I have lived at Sandusky Square for going on a year now and sadly am not renewing my lease because I'm moving out of Findlay. I have had nothing but great experiences with Sandusky Square. Their office and maintenance staff are both awesome and extremely friendly. I didn't have a single repair needed during the year that I've lived there. They are extremely accommodating when it comes to receiving mail & paying rent, etc. The apartments are relatively small but a good size for their price.
