    Don’t live here seriously! This place is poorly managed, no one can be trusted, snow removal is a joke. One positive they kicked out my neighbor quickly. Please read whole review. My problems started before I even moved in. Three weeks before move in they let me know that there was flooding in my apartment, but they assured me my apartment would be ready in time. I came from out of state. I heard nothing until I came to move in and they told me my place wasn’t ready. I had no where else to go ...
    with movers and Wi-Fi company to come that day. Luckily after waiting all day and pushing back my mover’s everything was finished that day. Then the ant infestation came. The day after I moved hundreds of ants came out my bathroom wall. They said it would take a week or two for someone to come in and spray. So I took care of it myself and bought spray and other items. My BIGGEST PROBLEM!!! At the time I LIVED ALONG. I also didn’t have anyone over because I was new to the area. I bought an engagement ring for my now wife who lived out of state and had it in a desk. I last saw this ring right before an inspection and a work order. Three people from their staff came into my apartment when I wasn’t there. Again I lived alone and the ring disappeared. I filed a police report, my doors and windows were always lock, and my renters insurance only covered a small portion of what I paid for the ring. Needless to say after that I felt really unsafe living there. I bought multiple cameras (some hidden) and always watched it after they came in. Lastly for the bad, the snow removal. If you are older looking at this place please be careful. There were multiple occasions when I left for work around 7-8am the sidewalks weren’t shelved in the winter. I almost fell a few times because my sidewalk was on a small hill. I noted one time no one came around until 9:30 am. There were two positives. Since I had all the cameras up. I did catch my upstairs neighbor stealing my packages. I turned him into the office and he was quickly evicted. The second is I sadly had to renew my lease, but I enrolled in a home buyers program with them. This allowed me to end my new lease 3 months after it started if I bought a home.

  • Pest control non existence

    Seriously there is no way you guys have pest control. The amount of bugs at the complex is absolutely sick. Especially near building 1576 O. Or the South West buildings by the white apartment complex. Crazy that we have to pay for something that's not being done. I’ve been reporting a bug issue since May of this year, it’s to the point I’m about to bring in my own exterminator to take care of it

If you are frustrated with the elm beetles we can help with that as well. Generally in Utah the elm beetles will be out July through August.

  • ACTUALLY LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS

    I ignored the reviews when I first thought I found this place, thinking it was a hidden gem, but I was very wrong. They will say they replaced the management and upgraded everything, but in reality they just changed the name, hired garbage staff that is the rudest, most childish adults you’ll ever have to deal with, and have the maintenance constantly working on everything apartments because the apartments are falling apart.

    Please don’t make the same mistake I did. I currently live here and it’s a nightmare. Maintenance never fixes anything. They charge you extra fees. It is the worst place live! Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT MOVE HERE! Please take my word for it.

    They really nice in the beginning and told me they offered 3 different types of tours including virtual tours. I needed a virtual tour, because i live 6 hours from them and they scheduled one for me and even asked for my zoom information! Then not even 5 minutes before our scheduled time they emailed me (after I emailed them multiple times with no reply) and told me they don’t offer virtual tours! Even states on here that they do! Not pleased.

    I have called, talked to a maintenance person in person, and set up 3 different times for my closest to be fixed. No one has shown up and fixed it. It has now been 6 months. I got a call from who I think was a manager, and I was unable to answer due to me working. I have called her back multiple times and can never get through. I have also left messages on the machine to call me back, and still nothing. It saddens me that this complexs quality of customer service has depleted since I moved in ...
    about 2.5 years ago. I loved it and was treated well at first. Now I cant get anyone to answer me. Its also sad that this all happened after they upped my rent for the same apartment. Now I am paying more for an apartment that is falling apart. I also have a front door that was not fixed properly, and if someone wanted to get into my apartment all they have to do is take a crowbar to the knob. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of work, and customer care I have received since signing my last lease. I definitely will not be recommending this complex again.

    Management does not return calls or emails. Everyone smokes. And maintance is good but there is half as many of them as there should be, so things do not get fixed.

    Living at Santa Fe has been the worst experience of my life. Ive had 2 cars hit, burglarized, my camera stolen off my balcony at 9:30 at night when everyone was outside, the first apartment I moved into looked nothing like the one they showed me and it smelled like cigarettes so bad and my daughter has medical problems already. At least that was a functional apartment. I transferred to a different unit but was left with no bathroom doors at all, no closet hardware so Im stuck living out of boxes ...
    and can never feel like Im truly at home. Im constantly living in fear and anxiety because of these apartments and Im not one to believe in regret but moving here has been nothing but horrible and awful and I hate that I thought that moving here would be a good thing.
