My children and I have found a sense of community within the complex, management and maintenance are extremely personable, responsive, and truly demonstrate commitment to the residents. November 21, 2022Thus far Santa Rosa has been a great choice for living in Phoenix. Moving from out of state and not being able to view the apartment was a bit of a worry, but after seeing a 3D walk through of the unit and talking with Veronica, we decided to put in our application here. Working with Veronica on the move in process eased all of our worries, as she provided a ton of great information and even walked us through the complex via FaceTime call. After move, the staff has been great at keeping us ...informed of anything they need from us and has continued to provide timely responses to any questions we may have. The unit itself was very clean and move in ready, which is a welcome experience after some other places we have lived.
