    All remodels are to make it look good on the outside but foundation still crap. AC always breaking, always plumbing issues, and they are always trying to get extra money from you

  • Beautiful Community, New Management Company, a Must see

    I read the other reviews before visiting this property, and it almost caused me to pass this community over. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking for a new home with a great remodel visit and give them a chance. I really want to make sure that I express my satisfaction with the staff here. The moment I walked into the office I was treated with the upmost respect and instantly Iranis made me feel at home. I wanted to proceed with looking at a two bedroom renovated apartment.     apartment and I can not say how surprised I was with the renovations done here. They are beautiful. From the upgraded finishes on the cabinets, to actually painting the apartments in a wonderful grey color instead of the typical ugly builders beige. I fall in love with my apartment every time I walk through my door. It was uncovered that the cleaning team didn’t clean my apartment they accidentally cleaned the wrong apartment. Jason the assistant property manager walked me to my apartment so that we could check to make sure everything was ok with the apartment. I’m not going to lie the apartment was a bit dirty from the construction. But I was completely ok with cleaning the apartment because I really was excited to move into my new home. After loading my U-Hual truck I arrived home to find that Jason made arrangements to have my apartment cleaned. I was completely shocked that it was spotless when I came in. Because it was just completed construction they hadn’t ordered my washer and dryer. The appliance vendor arrived with the washer and dryer to find that the electrical outlet needed to be updated because it was an older outlet. Mohammed with the maintenance team came to the apartment that evening to inform me that they didn’t have the equipment on hand and needed to order it. It wouldn’t arrive until Friday. When he arrived he found that I had all of my clothes in piles all over my apartment due to needing to wash everything. He felt so bad that the next morning he went to Home Depot because he wanted to make a wrong situation right. These are the type of people that work here. I will recommend this community to anyone I know looking for a new apartment due to the dedication everyone has here. I love my new home. Other reviews talk about the transition of management companies, and changes they made while they are valid frustrations for existing residents, they should not be a reason for someone to miss this great property due.

    CONS: *Water bill is ridiculous high! *Dog poop is everywhere *Dogs walk off leash *Laundry machines are constantly breaking *No one ever picks up the office phone *The middle buildings are a journey to get to when you have groceries *Have delivery or someone over, good luck they will be constantly lost trying to find the place *If you have questions in portal they will mostly be answered privately *Spinklers come on from around 12PM-2PM and you will get wet *You have a trash bill ...
    ($15) and have to haul your trash to the trash bins *People smoke weed everywhere, so learned to love the smell. *Nails from Reno are left everywhere, constant tires pop including mines. *Patio are a joke, you have a see-through fence with no gate to close (If you have a dog, heads up) *Sink loves to get clogged *A/C loves to break *Closet door breaks off the hings, when you open them *Oven is so jammed to the wall you can barely open it. *There is never any parking at night Point blank do not live here in these unsafe living conditions.     This place has 50 year old plumbing that requires service every couple months. We literally has human crap come out of our bathtub. The toilet also flooded into our living room twice. What else would you want to hear.

    I've read other reviews on here having the same problems im currently having. Slab leaks seem to be a common thing here and the office is aware of it. Yet all they do is shop vac the water and set up blowers and a dehumidifier. The carpet is already ruined at this point and the entire apartment smells terrible. The people in the office change every time we go in, you'll never talk to the same person twice and all are equally unhelpful. We've asked to speak to a property manager for 3 months and ...
    have never even seen her on the property and every time we go in they say she isn't there. Little is being done to improve the place and the things that make it appealing don't outweigh the negative.

  • DO NOT MOVE HERE

    This place is a nightmare. Fleas and bugs everywhere. Constant construction with no peace or quiet. Maitence gets so many calls you'll be lucky if they respond to yours. Pipes in my apartment flooded rooms and no response for 3 days. Then a month without access to a bathroom and a bedroom while paying full price for the aftermath. This has happened twice now. And maintenance says it's common Ike it's not a big deal. Under contract another 4 months and counting the days to get out of here.

    New management every 2-3 years, and the maintenance is terrible here. My AC line has flooded 2-3x within the past year, and I was away for 3 nights, come home and a pipe burst. There's still water in my bedroom, living room and the paint is coming off the walls. The maintenance guy called the carpet cleaner to get 3 blowers, and a dehumidifer. The damage is already done, and it SMELLS.

  • A nice place to live

    I moved here for school. The rent is probably the cheapest in the area for a college kid and the maintenance men always come on time ready to fix any problem. Ants can be a problem and it can take a while for the exterminators to come but once the summer season is over, everything settles down in the bug department. Everything is close by so running errands is easy

    The apartments are laid out very nice and absolutely huge and I loved living there at first. If you want cockroaches, bedbugs and mice...this is the place for you. They claim that pest control automatically comes out every 3 months, its a lie. The only way we got pest control to come out, is if we caused a scene in the main office. I literally posted for pest control services every Monday for 7 months and they only came out twice. The bedbugs were the final straw and I contacted the previous ...
    tenant and was advised they left because of the bedbugs. The children run wild with no supervision and the first weekend 6 middle school boys assaulted my son and took his scooter. Our A/C was not working properly for 4 months and during that time we called maintenance every day and they kept telling us it was fine. My electric bill was $100 to $200 more per month than the previous year. They finally replaced the unit and it went out the next day because they put a unit for a 1 bd on a 3 bd apartment. The management promised to reimburse me the difference in my electric bill after I filed a complaint with the corporate office. That never happened, even though we submitted the bills. The bed bugs were the final straw and I broke the lease and paid $1500 to have my belongings fumigated.

    I love living here super awesome customer service but, there isn't a good air flow in the house I get hot randomly at night no matter how cold I put the ac. There are no light fixtures in the rooms or fans. Besides the bathrooms kitchens and closets. The tile is outdated the drains get clogged easy in the shower. Because of the outdated drains.
