    My apartment has a way of making you feel like you're in your own little oasis. You can have privacy but at the same time spend time with your neighbors! With literally minutes away from sun dance square or all the hottest restaurants and bars! For my runners, Carrollton Greenbelt Park is less than a mile away so you can enjoy your morning run through a beautiful park!!(: Just feels like home.

    I moved here 4 years ago and recently moved out. Chela and Natalia have been nothing but kind and understanding to my family and I. Always apologetic even when they did nothing wrong! Maintenance is amazing as well! They’re all hard working and caring people. I can’t think of any time were I felt belittled or unheard at these apartments. If that isn’t enough to convince you then the area is amazing and really close to Addison, frisco etc Walmart is literally 3 minutes away. You won't regret ...

    I been living here for about 3 years and never had any issues with anyone. The office people are always nice and helpful with everything.The maintenance people also nice and get things fix right away. This is a good and quiet community to live in. Everybody from the people that work here to the neighbors that I met are good people

    When calling about the apartments for rent I was told you needed at least a 500 credit score to get in, I purchased my credit scores from Experian and my score was well over the 500 needed, I went and paid $175.00 money order to apply for the apartment and got a call saying I did not qualify because my credit score was to low. When I called they accused me of looking at credit karma score or some other site when I told them I was looking at my actual fico scores they then proceeded to tell me ...
    they do not use my Fico 8 scores but run them thru a 3rd party who came back with a score 100 points lower. If they would have told this to me before hand I would not have applied there as I like most do not have disposable money. I was out the $175.00 and with out an apartment. They should have to be upfront about what scores they use when running credit.

    My initial reason for choosing Toscana 3 yrs ago was because of the convenience to everything I needed. That still holds true. Close to shopping, shops, restaurants, gas stations, pharmacies and banks.....all within walking distance. Baylor Hospital is within 2 miles. Diectly on Dart bus lines 534 and 333. Overall, Toscana has been a great place to call home other than the occasional domestic flareup or a car blaring their bass so loud windows shake. Quiet, serene and peaceful. As the ...
    older unrefurbished apartment appliances break down, the new mgmt has been quick to ensure brand new replacements. That really spoke volumes to me. The office and maintenance staff has always been professional, polite and helpful. Some improvements needed. Residents picking up after their furbabies continues to be a problem. Seldom do I see remnants of smaller dogs, the gifts left for someone else to clean up are left by owners of really large dogs. This complex should be breed and size restricted because of the green space and the size of the apartments. Landscaping still lacks attention. A beautiful property like this needs to be lush and well kept. Landscape rock and mulch look great to the eye. Trimmed shrubs always give a great first impression. Sidewalks need to be clean with no signs of mud or fesces. A few breezeways need attention, especially bldg 4. Fees are outrageous if you pay rent by card. This should be resolved asap to faciliatate paying rent easier for those of us who rely on social security and disability. I'm sure management will continue to work on a more feasible solution. Mailroom needs attention. Access to walkways for the handicapped continues to be a problem because of parking spaces blocking access. Still working on the gates getting repaired. Residents leaving excessive huge bags of garbage out before pickup time and not in appropriate containers really makes the property look bad. Walk it to the dumpster. Came home yesterday to a note offering a carpet clean for long term residents. That was a plus. I clean mine every 3 months anyway so I had the pleasure of cancelling an appointment already scheduled. Always tracking something in. Carpets carry germs. ? More important gestures would be to upgrade appliances or offer vinyl flooring. IMO. Well, that about sums it up. I know how important reviews are to some who are looking for a place to call home. Toscana is a great place to start.

    New management has your best interest in mind and it has helped my personal experience here unimaginably, making it feel more like home. Maintenance has always been addressed the same day if entered early in the day or depending on the severity. This location is close to everything from entertainment like bars in Addison on belt line, the galleria, hobby stores like harbor freight 5 minutes away, restaurants, major highways, dog park 5 minutes close by on Rosemead, elementary school within ...
    walking distance, you can walk to the gas station in less than a minute if you run out of milk or bread, or just drive to walmart 5 minutes away if they don't have it there. The gym is in the center along with a pool, hot tub, and a community barbeque grill. The gym has cardio and enough weight lifting equipment to keep the holiday gains healthy. Everyone keeps to themselves, but not afraid to say hi. I've seen young mature couples, senior women and men, young individuals, and playing children from all walks of life. Parking is limited and towing is strictly enforced. They strive to keep parking solely for residents so you do need to speak to the front office to get your visitor a pass with a small fee per night. It is a gated community with the exception of the two quirky car entrances, which are too close to traffic to open and close during peak hours. There is a guard, not always the same person, who walks around day and/or night. If you decide to stay another lease, depending on the length, the monthly rates don't increase by much. There is a reasonable fee if you decide to upgrade, but again, rent does not change much. Everything is paid for online, which I find easier, but you can still use a money order if you choose too.
