January 19, 2025Apartment community and living in nice. Although there are some issues with the stairs being cleaned, that is very bothering. Otherwise the maintenance service is quick, living space/facilities are good too.Property Manager Responded

December 16, 2024Overall, really do love living here. Everyone is really nice, the units are spacious and things are kept clean. The floors are really thin so if you have people above you, just plan to make friends with them so you can work with each other. I feel like this isn't unique to sawyer flats though.
