October 29, 2024I have renewed my lease now 6 times . It’s the best property on the shoreline to reside . The amenities on the property are great . I enjoy the entire property staff , who have made this the best place for me to ever reside at in Ct. The grounds are kept very pristine! The landscaping is wonderful!Very pretty!It also is nice to live here because you can walk to a variety of different stores . September 4, 2024The cutest apartments with the nicest people! Leasing staff responds very quickly and maintenance work is taken care of almost immediately (even on off days). My shower pipes froze on Christmas Eve and I put in a service request expecting to wait until the day after Christmas but they came the same day!Property Manager Responded

August 2, 2024What a great place to live. The clubhouse is very inviting. There is a workout room., coffee bar and Starbucks machine. Lots of treats to choose from. The pool area is very comfortable and pool is very refreshing! They are very dog friendly and even have treats for your pets.
