Unbeatable Location
July 20, 2015Pros: - Location is unbeatable, Dupont/Ad Mo/U St Corridor social centers all within walking distance, and we also love just strolling around Kalorama around the embassies. - Staff is very pleasant, low maintenance, and helpful. - Smaller building, quiet. - Our room has great light, well maintained. - Nice roofdeck. Cons - Storage in the basement is pretty gross. - Hallways are kind of gross, luckily you won't spend much time in them. - Price can be high, but par for the course in that ...hood. - Our 1 BR is small, but certainly livable. Would definitely recommend to anyone willing to pay a little more for a fab location.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
