February 20, 2024Scio thinks about residents as flesh-covered bags of money. Expect your rent to skyrocket every year. Also expect to have maintenance problems all the time, at least monthly. There will regularly be water dripping from pipes in the ceiling near the lobby.Property Manager Responded

January 11, 2024Scio is well located if one needs to work at the Engineering dpt of UIC. The neighbourhood is nice and the studio is fine. The amenities of Scio and the common spaces are pleasant. The only downside of the studio are the windows that are not that easy to open and close to have some fresh air inside from time to time.Property Manager Responded
