December 17, 2024Roaches, messy and inconsistent property maintenance inside and out, issues inside the property upon move in not being taken care of properly through the duration of my lease. The pool is nice, the community is relatively quiet and the location is nice.Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2024I live here 7 years and I like the fact that is still staff members in the Leasing Office that have not moved on! You feel comfortable when you go in the office or call about a concern. They know what they are doing. They have honestly seen my daughter grow up in the community. October 15, 2024There are cockroaches here and no matter what you or they do (which isn’t much) they don’t go away. Telling them didn’t help at all. They sent a professional sprayer but he just put down glue traps. I had to get my own methods and had to throw away alot of my belongings.Property Manager Responded

October 2, 2024Overall I have had a good experience living here, and would have given it five stars, except for one thing. One of our non-negotiable was that our apartment have a dishwasher, and when we moved in, the dishwasher was broken. Not a problem if you are someone who does dishes by hand or weren't expecting a dishwasher, but for someone who cooks everything from scratch, it is frustrating. After two months, we are being offered a cabinet in its place. Otherwise, the staff are helpful and friendly. September 17, 2024I love the apartments and the neighbors. The amenities are great. Only complaint is they are slow to respond to maintenance requests. My toilet has been broken for almost 2 weeks and nobody has even come to look at it so far.Property Manager Responded
