January 19, 2025This apartment complex was a huge disappointment. The application process took months with no communication unless I constantly reached out. They allow applications for unavailable floor plans, and their website falsely shows availability—yet they claim they don’t even work with it, requiring paper applications instead. My final walkthrough was scheduled for 1:00 p.m., but the office didn’t open until 1:20. Despite being first in line, Erica, who was supposed to assist us, didn’t show up until ...1:35, and the other female staff rudely yelled at us to wait due to people who were there before us. When we were first? When we finally saw the unit in Building 21, it was in terrible condition—dead roaches, water-damaged cabinets, chewed-up flooring, chipped paint, and windows that wouldn’t close. The pool was also dirty and unfilled. When I raised concerns, I was simply told the unit wasn’t officially ours yet and would be documented in the lease. Tenants we spoke to reported sudden rent hikes, new parking fees, and constant noise from a nearby bar with homeless people wandering around. January 10, 2025Like every Apt building living situation there will always be ups and downs. As of my current situation, I love the unit and building I'm located in. I have never had a problem that the maintenance crew couldn't fix in a timely manner. But I most especially LOVE MY NEIGHBORS, we are all very quiet, clean and respectful to one another. We found this place at a moment that we were needing a place like yesterday. But never thought we would enjoy and have such gratitude for our space. September 23, 2024Overall Seaport is ok. Kitchen cabinets are dated and falling apart. Swimming pool is no good at all. Other tenants are allowed to have pits, cane corso, Rottweiler, husky, German shepherd but I was targeted for the pit bull I owned and had to get rid of my dog while many still owns and keeps their dog. July 3, 2023This place is very unprofessional. I had an appointment at 10 am for a showing that I made last week. It turns out the leasing office is closed the day of my appointment, and the unit I was suppose to have a tour of is now unavailable. They kept telling me to call three different numbers, but they were all disconnected and not in use. However, they said I could schedule an appointment at 2pm even though their office is closed the whole day. Their managment is very questionable as I even dialed in ...as a resident; they still didn’t pick up. July 4, 2021Do not move in. They have a VERY BAD ROACH problem and they do not do anything about it. They charge you for pest control but have yet to use any of the money to actually put to use towards pest. They are also too pricey when you can go somewhere and pay the same price they charge for a CLEANER apartment without roaches. I read the reviews before moving in and wish I would’ve listened.
