February 24, 2017I was a tenant at Seaside Village for a year. While applying for my apt, all unit prices were jacked up by $25/month as opposed to online advertisement. The apartment was barely in fair condition with carpet stains galore, missing outlet covers, and leaking windows and sliding doors. It rains A LOT in Crescent City. Owner lives in SAN DIEGO. Never met her; profits before people. Rent elsewhere!Review from Apartments.com
