The property is great and staff cares!
March 26, 2025This property has not gotten enough credit. This team has had a year of trials since the Hurricane and they are due some credit. The only people that post is usually negative for not getting what they want. Many residents did not have renters insurance like they should have and somehow are made that the landlord didn't compensate them. We love our place and the team has really been a blessing in the end. Try them out! A win/win in our book.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible Management
September 9, 2024Please take caution in signing a lease here. The units and grounds are poorly maintained and are nothing close to the pictures they advertise. While I lived there maintenance requests were continually delayed and/or never completed. The pool is disgusting. The water was always cloudy and there was a black grim along the tile that was there the entire time I lived there. Overall things just were not maintained well and the assistance manager/office boy Corby was offen very dismissive and ...argumentative about these problems.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible management
August 13, 2024We love the location and size of our townhouse, but I've never lived somewhere with such horrible management. They are currently in the process of tearing out walls and ceilings in all of the apartments with no plan for when the work will be done, they haven't even started on the roof yet, and the restoration crew isn't anywhere to be seen. They are refusing to let anyone out of their lease early or compensate them in any way. It is horrible living conditions. There isn't a single resident who ...is happy to be here.
