HORRIBLE!
February 9, 2021Don't even try this place, the apartments aren't that bad but the management.... poor as it can gets, if something is wrong and you ask for them to fix it ... they'll give you attitude and take forever! .... children running everywhere (loud) and the pool don't even think about it, packed all the time and dirty, the garbage is a mess and stinks ... they'll approve any person to live here so don't expect to have polite neighbors.Review from Apartments.com
Not Impressed
October 9, 2020It is often loud at night, the dumpsters are disgusting and people are always diving and leaving it gross, they keep raising prices in laundry room but don't maintain the equipment so it either doesn't work or ruins your clothes. The utilities are MUCH higher than we were told they were going to be, and they keep going up.Review from Apartments.com

April 29, 2020I was very skeptical about this property since I have lived on the opposite side of town all my life. I am amazed on what this property has offered me . From the management to the ammenities and the upkeep of the property to The security features. I definitely learned my lesson when it came to assuming apartment living will never be for me, I have everything I need here and will definitely be staying another year. Not as advertised
March 10, 2018It is supposed to be community living, which it is not. The manager leaves at 5:30 PM and chaos occurs. Children running around cursing, threatening smaller children on play structure, fighting, and graffiting on the property ( management doesn't clean explicit graffiti). It's loud at night with people bumping music, yelling, and kids running around screaming at 1:00 in the morning. The dumpster is filthy and always full, also people are always diving in there. This place isn't as advertised ...and nothing like the manager makes it seem when talking to youProperty Manager Responded
