December 26, 2024There is no communication. Managers are careless. No help is ever provided. They are always out of the office. They never answer the phone. No ine took me on a tour or told me what amenities there were at the premises. In general I had a VERY BAD. Experience there. I lost my mattress, couches and have spent so much money cleaning my clothes and on cleaning supplies to get rid of the infestation. Despite the initial rocky start of Greystar staff turn over, the present team under Caitlynne’s leadership including office and maintenance staff for the last three years has been stable , friendly , accommodating and exceptional !
