Option two is our spacious 703 sq. foot 1-bedroom, 1-bath floor plan. The bedroom is large enough to easily accommodate a King-size bedroom suite. The closet in this floor plan has generous space along with built-in shelving for shoes or storage. There is plenty of hanging room for all your clothing and winter jackets. The bathroom has a large vanity with a medicine cabinet. The shower/tub combo is perfect for relaxing after a long day at work, with your towel within reach from a spacious linen closet. Last but not by far least is our 1-bedroom, 1-bath townhomes. These give you the feeling of a private home with 841 sq. foot of complete privacy. Our townhomes are open concept with the living room, dining room, and kitchen downstairs and the bedroom and 2 closets upstairs. The living room features a fireplace in the center to give many options to make this space your own. There is a large balcony to enjoy a warm cup of coffee or listen to the birds sing in the evening. This floor plan allows you the freedom to not worry about neighbors above or under you; it is nice and quiet at all times. Our two-bedroom, one-bath units are an amazing 897 sq. foot of coziness. Look no further than our two-bedroom, two-bath units. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room. Maintenance and management are a joke.
November 19, 2020Constant problems with things breaking and when you put in a maintenance request they argue with you and try their hardest not to fix it. Lot floods in heavy rain. The road that the apartments are on is apparently Beaumont’s drag strip. Constant burn outs and cars racing down the road at full throttle. The apartments are older and apparently have no insulation making the units extremely inefficient. The boiler system is a joke some times you get a hot shower sometimes you get a warm one. December 21, 2018When I lived there they barely ever wanted to do maintenance, I had to go days in the middle of the summer with just a fan because they would not fix my A/C. It would flood every single time it rains and now that I’m moved out they refuse to give me my deposit back. August 19, 2016The management was nice when it came to moving in. Although now I'm feeling they took advantage of the fact we had no where to stay. We have had roaches, they have only sprayed 2x, not every Wednesday. Management is 2 faced. We have only met a few people around us, but we've had more than enough complaints for being here a month. Dryers don't dry clothes, but can't hang a clothes line. Maintenance is lazy, and you have to actually sit there and point out every little thing, or they won't fix ...it. The rooms are nice. Management sucks
June 27, 2016Maintenance does more of a patch than look at the underlying issue. My kitchen light only works when it wants to. Can't step without killing a roach/ my apt smells like bleach from the amount of cleaning I do and they spray but no changes. No assigned parking, if you get here at the wrong time of day you have to park on the other side of the complex to get to your building. Lot floods of it rains more than 20 minutes. July 20, 2015Settlers Cove has a perfect location, close to shopping , movies and banking. The grounds are always clean and well kept. Yet my apartment in which I am in my eleventh year. when I moved here the carpet was worn with cigarettes burns. The carpet has eaten two steam cleaners and two vaccums.
