Obvious Improvements to the Property
May 26, 2023We have lived here since June 2022. Over the last six months I’ve noticed a tremendous improvement with the grounds, responsiveness by maintenance, and the enforcement of patio requirements by tenants. Walking into the main office club house gives a professional appearance and the staff is top notch. Sabrina has been awesome responding to questions and feels more like a friend than a property manager. It’s clear to see her efforts since taking on her new role. Courteous, Responsive, helpful
May 1, 2023I have lived here for 3.5 years. I have run into various wear and tear issues and the office staff/maintenance has always been prompt in ensuring that my concerns were taken of. Sabrina, the property manager, is always so personable and informative when discussing issues. Heather is amazingly kind and friendly and super responsive with questions and concerns. They try to make sure the property is always clean and enjoyable for residents. The office staff also throws various events for residents ...to participate in, which I really like. The location is also really excellent. It has parks and amenities on premises, but is close to the town of Danville without being too far out of the way. I also really appreciate that they send out a monthly newsletter with major happenings for the complex. I often fail to check the online message forum unless paying my rent online. The apartments are affordable, spacious, and tidy. The area is relatively quiet, with the exception of a train or two and the occasional emergency service siren. I love that Danville PD often drives through to make sure that no mishappenings are taking place. Overall, I have found living here enjoyable and don't really have anything negative to say. -L. I’ll miss it!
March 27, 2023I loved my apartment at Settler’s Run and I’ll genuinely miss it. I only moved so I’ll have more room for my kids when they’re with me. Sabrina and Heather were great and always helpful as well as the guys in maintenance (I’m momentarily forgetting the name of the lead guy, but he was always so helpful). Any time I needed a repair it was done without question and in a timely manner. I always felt my concerns were taken seriously. I would recommend this community, which was a peaceful place to ...live.
