    The staff have been very helpful. Had some maintenance issues resolved right away and the move went very well. Have no issues with the community and the local hangout and eateries are easy to get to. The biggest issue and not the apartment issue is the amount of construction that is constantly all around.

    I enjoy being a resident of Seville Uptown. I have good neighbors. The communities area is clean and convenient. The pool area is great during the summer! There are many community events. The management staff is friendly. And the location is excellent, I have everything I need within walking distance!

    Having lived here for eight years now, I can honestly say Seville Uptown is in better shape now than ever. The management team is responsive, helpful and professional. Madi and his maintenance team are top notch. The grounds are maintained very well. While it may seem minor, the fact that outdoor lights are replaced quickly when needed means a lot. It's the little things that make the difference!

    The Seville has some beautiful apartments with amazing windows. I live in one of the “classic ” apartments, and even though it’s not updated with the most shiny appliances and what not, the size of the windows and natural light make up for it. The staff does an awesome job of keeping common areas meticulously clean. Overall I’m very pleased to be living at Seville.

    I really love living at Seville but unfortunately the property is looking extremely run down. The carpets in the hallways are disgusting, random stains, animal urine, and it has been a year since I toured and was ensured this would be changed. The cleaning staff rarely addresses any floor other than the first floor or any stairwells not by the main entrance. The gym is out of date, poor quality equipment, and often unclean. Lastly, the outside landscape is looking untouched and needs a refresh ...
    after the winter. It really is a shame because the maintenance staff and Josh are so great.
