Please beware
September 17, 2021They have one maintenance man cleaning and fixing 13 floors. There is alot of drama and childish behavior for senior and disabled building. Also the manager is almost never in and if you get on her bad side you might as well start packing.Review from Apartments.com

May 23, 2018I love living here! There is many things to do. There are games to play. You can have family over for dinner in the community room. Beautiful flowers to watch growing you can even help plant and maintain a garden. You can sit on a swing on the patio and listen to the water in fountain! It is very pet friendly. Everyone is friendly and helpful, as is the staff! This is a wonderful place to live and I am so happy I found it! Can't imagine living anywhere else. Don't do it!
May 7, 2018These apartments are NOT a place for our seniors and disabled to live. Things are breaking down constantly and not kept up to code to be a safe place for anyone. The elevators break down almost on a regular basis. Hot water goes out, not that you would want to use it anyway. The ceiling leeks in the community room when it rains, and comes into some apartments. as well. A mold issue has ro be a problem with all of the water damage. it just seems to be more of a hazard then a place to live ...peacefully.The police are called for all kinds of disturbances. Mostly from visitors. The owners and property management are only worried about the apartments being rented. The almighty dollar comes before the tenants.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Unsafe
November 15, 2017Senior housing and young people living in the building. It is loud & there is lots of verbal aggression there. There were flyers on the doors that someone was smoking marijuana in the building. Pipes back up a lot & the water is cloudy, not safe to drink.Review from Apartments.com
