      Everything is broken or old and they do not fix it right away. Once you put in the work order it can take weeks before someone even comes to look at it and then they always have a reason for why they can't fix it. They office stay are rude and act like they don't care. Cars and home are broken in to often and sometimes cars are stolen! Not safe and no one helps here!!!!

    • If This is Your First Apartment…

      Be prepared for trash EVERYWHERE. Roaches of course because of that. If you have two cars please ask for the back of the complex or somewhere where’s there’s more parking. Oh and let’s not forget no hot water and consistent breaks with the AC and heat. I called maintenance during July 2021 and was told “there was no emergency” and had to wait till Monday on weekend. This place teaches you how to handle consistent apartment issues. Oh, and if you need a repair on an appliance, prepare to get used ...
      parts or just a used replacement one from a vacant apartment. Overall, this place is manageable. And to top off, buy your own portable washer/dryer. These washer and dryers are disgusting (in all 3 locations on property) and half are broken. To say a good thing, location of this complex is close to freeway and grocery stores.

      It's an alright spot, everything not that far away, there is roaches as in water bugs but they keep it sprayed down, the view is nice I love it at night

      Neighborhood is a bit rough. Apartment has evidence of water damage. Appliances are out dated along with the flooring and there are roaches.

      The lease manager is a rude liar. The apartments are dirty, roach infested, old appliances that barely work. The first day I moved in the toilet was disassembled in the middle of the floor, leaking water and roaches everywhere.
