The worst
October 31, 2019Staff was just okay. Apartment wasn’t great. The complex has lots of infestations. Move out was the worst. No one showed up to my walk out and afterwards they claimed nothing was cleaned. I promise it was. I would NOT live there againReview from Apartments.com

beautiful property and helpful staff
February 5, 2016I lived at shadowbrook for a little over six months and loved my time there. The property is always kept clean and presentable. The units themselves have unique and beautiful layouts. Ok for the pay
August 10, 2015The apartments aren't too bad. They are clean but are old. The AC goes out often and there is a sewer drain right infornt of my door. There is a bad smell sometimes. Maintenance staff are nice and friendly but management not too friendly. Gym is clean as well as the pools and laundry room.Review from Apartments.com

July 20, 2015Shadowbrook is a lovely place. My boyfriend and I wanted to live here so bad and can't believe we got accepted. The area is great everything is at least 10 minutes away. Pleasant living
August 24, 2014I am extremely happy living in the Shadowbrook apartments. The apartment layout feels more like living in a house. It's spacious, light and for the most part quiet. There is ample parking for guests and the grounds are kept very clean.The office staff are always friendly and ready to help. It is conveniently located to shopping and the freeway.
