October 31, 2020My wife has been here for 16 years, I've been here for 6 years and have never had issues, when there were minor issues they were takin care of very quick. The owner does care about the place and i see him checking on the place every week, I have read the bad review and it was probably someone that didn't pay rent and just wanted to bash the place. Home for years
March 13, 2019These apartments are nice and affordable in the heart of Latham. You have to do much of the upkeep yourself, but if maintained well, you will have a nice home. Grounds maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant. If you ask for something to be repaired, the maintenance worker will repair it. I lived there for our five years and it was my family’s home. We loved the location, the bedrooms were large, the deck and front private enyrancetwere nice, and the 1 1/2 bath a plus, not to mention the ...full basement with washer/dryer hookup.
