Horrible management
November 16, 2020The managers here gets on any chance they can to rip people off, my friend moved in here in the middle of a month they charged the one full month rent in cash later we found out they charged the previous renter one month full rent too, when we asked her if we could write her a check she said no it has to be cash. And when we ask if we can get the owner’s contact info she said the owner won’t answer to nobody that’s why they hired a manager. The managers are a couple, the guy is nice and ...reasonable, they women is mean and has absolutely no manner. She finds way to mess with us because I asked her to open the pass hour laundry room once.
