    The staff and maintenance are friendly and courteous. The grounds are kept free of clutter on a daily basis. I have neighbors who have lived here upwards of 17 years. I have lived here a month now and do not regret my choice of apartment complexes.

  • This place is ridiculous

    READ BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE!!! Do not move here!!!! To start it off so many things have happened that I don’t even feel comfortable saying on here. Other than maintenance this place is 0/5 stars But some things that have happened I will explain: First off: so many things don’t work and have had multiple requests put in for them and nothing happens except getting emails with surveys asking “how did we do” Second : the staff will NEVER communicate.. not email not phone…. They won’t even listen ...
    to voicemails .. they send out emails sometimes when the office is closed for government holidays . But the office is closed half the time and they don’t send an email out. Third : this kind of goes along the same lines but if you have a maintenance emergency you better hope you know which of the 10 phone numbers apparently has the emergency number. Fourth: had a small fire in our unit in an appliance and it was smoking for 8 hours and i had to go talk to them the next day while we just waited with our windows open. And the situation didn’t get fixed for at least a month. So many more things I could go on about this place. * gotta say if you see all these negative comments don’t ignore because I did and I 100% regret it. *

    I do love the layout of my apt. But it's really old and needs paint and carpet replaced badly!! The breezeways are in desperate need of power washing because they're deplorable and haven't been washed in 10 years.

    I like living here for it’s aesthetic. Cleaning of dumpster areas, ground keeping, play area, pool area, gym and game area are cleaned daily or as needed. Also exterior painting and new roofing was completed.

  • Roach problem since we moved in.

    Moved in beginning of the year. Noticed a few roaches in the kitchen. Assumed it was just due to moving in. Turns out it was not due to just moving in. The past few months my family has been dealing with roaches all through the kitchen and dining area. We clean our apartment constantly, frequently take the trash out, and never leave food out opened/exposed. Maintenance sprayed a few times initially, with very little temporary success. Pest control company has sprayed at least 4 times now, to the ...
    point that our last treatment seems to have done nothing. Managed to kill 9 bugs in the span of 3 minutes after last treatment. We've had a roach jump into a soup while cooking, sprint across our dining while eating, and a few times they were just chilling in the fridge. Those events on top of killing an average of 6 a day since moving in. We have discussed with the management team potential solutions. One being we could move units at the cost of 500$ and move all of our stuff ourselves. The other is to just keep waiting until pest control treatment works, which clearly has not been working. In addition to the bug problem. I placed 4 separate maintenance requests in to get my dryer vent duct cleaned out. After the third one they told me it must be my brand new dryer thats the problem and to call a service technician out. I had to waste my free service call for him to tell me nothing was wrong with my brand new dryer. 4th maintenance request, they manage to pull out an entire 3 ft duct cleaning brush caked in lint from the vent which was causing my issues. I've placed 3 other requests to get a noise checked out in my master bedroom wall that sounds like an animal walking around. All the tickets have been closed with no one to come investigate anything. To top it all off, about twice a month my front door lock battery dies and doesn't electronically lock anymore. All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone move here.

    I’m very excited to move in. I have already noticed though that the comments about office not answering phones EVER is extremely true. I have looked at my unit twice already and both times it was very nice and had nothing wrong with it. Maintenance seems very hard working and actually took us on a tour. Seems great just needs improvement on communication and keeping office open when it says it will be:)
