Great front office staff!
August 23, 2024The staff here is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable at their jobs. They made the entire process so easy. The apartments are absolutely beautiful. The location is amazing! I work with a lot of different apartment complexes, helping move people in and I have not had a better experience than at Shelby House. They have a huge dog park in the courtyard and several grills. Easy Process
August 15, 2024Once I heard about the development of Shelby House, I hopped right on the website and filled out an application. Within just a few short months I was approved and ready to move! Easiest move

Excellent Customer Service & Application Process
May 23, 2024The customer service is beyond amazing. I have been in contact from the very beginning. I know they have their hands full getting the complex ready but they still are on top of everything. I love the fact that they actually call instead of outrageous email exchanges. They are also very honest about the turn around time and get back to you even sooner. It’s definitely worth the wait. The application process was super easy online. My deposit was also very reasonable for the market. I actually work ...downtown so my commute is non existent when I have to go in office. Which was another selling point for me. The assigned parking is probably one of the things I’m most excited about. I have seen a few pictures but I can’t wait to see the complex in person and move in. They have a variety of floor plans it was actually hard to choose. I have a home office so space was very important to me aswell. They Square footage to price is the #1 seller for me!! I can’t wait to settle in and calls the place home!!Property Manager Responded
