    A big family owns the property and owes nothing so you can see how that plays out. Rats, mold, mildew, bugs, and NO urgency to do anything about it. Heavy sheriff and swat activity. No parking. Dirty shared washer/dryers/storage rooms.

  • Worst Apartments in Oregon

    Inoperable smoke detectors, the most unprofessional staff ever in history, Heat doesn’t work in winter, no A/C, apartments are heat death traps, brown water in sinks and tubs, pool is NEVER open, no bedroom doors, broken glass, mold, front door kicked in and unfit, mosquitoes and flies everywhere, mailboxes unsecured, people can access all night inside the very dirty, always dirty laundry room. Decks are not safe to stand on outside. Rotten wood, mold growth, old wood, nails exposed, loose ...
