February 25, 2025Dog park is in terrible state and not usable. On the other side the management office and the maintenance team are very responsive. The entrance floods and is not drained when happen.Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2025Overall we love living at Sherridan Ocean Club but there are a few things to be aware of. It is a “gated” community, that is when the gate works correctly. The majority of the time the gate is wide open and there have been cars stolen in front of my building. The fitness center needs a makeover and the. Building elevators are old, smelly and slow, sometimes they are down for days. It’s an older property but the staff is amazing and it’s definitely quiet and homey feeling. February 6, 2025I really like living at the sheridan ocean club. The maintenance is very quick the people at the front office are nice. The amenities are really good too, the pool and grill are my favorite, it is often out of propane gas.
