September 9, 2015I've lived in two units in this complex over the last six years and I've loved it. It was a good place to finish out college and allowed me to go month to month after my first year when I was approaching graduation and unsure of my long term plans. Later, after I got a job and started to make an income, I was able to break my lease and switch to another unit in the complex with no extra fees and no penalties. The manager knows me by name, as she does most tenants. Most of the time, I can walk in ...and I don't even have to tell her my apartment number for when she is looking for my packages. To me, that is a little impressive considering there are 7 buildings here with roughly close to 300 units (most of them being several room units). July 29, 2015I love my apartment, been living here for 4 years now. The location is perfect, close to MSU campus and everything else it seems like. Another main reason I love this apartment complex is because it provides an indoor basketball court addition to tanning beds and workout gym. Sherwood village is one of TLC properties. I've been with TLC properties for over 6 years and I have to say I am very satisfied. Welcome To Your New Home
July 21, 2015Sherwood Village is a great, affordable place to live. The apartments are spacious with plenty of room for storage. The internet can be slow at times, but you are given the option to upgrade in your lease agreement. On the weekends, it may be difficult to find a place to park right next to your building, but you will never have to park more than a hundred feet away. The office staff is so friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure your apartment is up to their standards. When we moved in, ...they made sure to check on us and make sure that everything was in working order. Maintenance is fast and you are emailed when the tasks are completed. The gym is great, but could use a few more treadmills. If you love playing basketball, the indoor court is awesome, and if basketball isn't your thing, they've got tanning beds you can use instead!
