July 31, 2021I currently reside here and regret it, 70 units with 4 washers and dryers. The washers barely ever work and everyone pays a maintenance fee they make roughly $50K a month for maintenance yet it’s nasty and stinks like moisture, roaches etcReview from Apartments.com
