dangerous place to live
July 7, 2022It's the worst. There's gang members with guns selling drugs all over the street every day. There's carjackings almost every week and shootings every couple weeks. It's a very dangerous environment to live in.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Management Cheap Properties Rodents and Theft issues
November 1, 2018This is not a home, this is not even a place to live. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The manager is terrible, and she treats the tenants very poorly. There are reporting of rats and cockroaches. Also the manager refuses to let people out of their leases, when giving a notice to leave or move out instead of it being a one month notice they make it a two, making you stay an extra month when you requested to leave.Review from Apartments.com
Excellent place to live!
March 19, 2016I am not quite sure why there are several bad reviews about this place. This place is great! so anyone looking into making this place your new home and want a legit review from someone currently living here keep on reading, Since I notice this is one major thing very incorrect in some review I read before I moved in, there are no rodents of any kind here lol have not seen one not even outside. My apt upon moving in was very clean and in very good condition and honestly the prices? even better, I ...expect more wear and tear for the cheap prices you get but that is not true, everyone I have encountered here as been great. Every time I walk into rental office to put money on my laundry card there is always a friendly smile waiting to greet me and and ask how my day is going. The property manager Kathrine does a exponential job managing this place! One of her agents Sean have been very impressive and one of the employees that stuck out to me as well. Always super quick with responses and always so pleasant to talk to. Sean got the most of my sometimes very stupid questions I had right away which believe me I had A LOT when I moved in and he was always pleasant and quick to reply. The couple times I have needed maint. to come help me with something, they did not have too if was my fault both times I got a bottle cap stuck in my garbage disposal and he got it out and fixed it right back up. He also will great my cat and be friendly with her so she does not get scared and I love that, his name is John and he is going an amazing job! They have a huge property to keep up on yet they still found the time the very next day after I e-mailed staff to come and help me with a broken garbage disposal that turns out was my own fault!
