July 25, 2024Poor communication, no empathy from head manager, appliances did not work upon arrival, we had multiple cleanliness that we had to ultimately take care of ourselves and A/C had improper parts making our dwelling uncomfortable for a week. I would recommend touring your specific apartment and makes notes in detail about what is wrong. My home is my sanctuary where I’d like to retreat quietly to at the end of the day.
