Alana was my agent and she is not only sweet, informative, patient and very kind but also made my decision to move here an affirmative YES!! She treated me like family and understood my needs being a single mom and a hard working one at that! She followed up and took her time with me . July 25, 2024Poor communication, no empathy from head manager, appliances did not work upon arrival, we had multiple cleanliness that we had to ultimately take care of ourselves and A/C had improper parts making our dwelling uncomfortable for a week. I would recommend touring your specific apartment and makes notes in detail about what is wrong. My home is my sanctuary where I’d like to retreat quietly to at the end of the day.
