Obsessed with the area
December 19, 2023Truly I think this is the best neighborhood in all of El Paso. The complex itself is beautiful, with a gorgeous Tuscan style. The houses all around you are so lux. After staying at Siena for a year and a half, my husband and I bought a house in the area. We had the most seam-less move out process with Teressa, and got our full deposit back. Moved here from Austin, should have moved out to EP sooner!
March 12, 2019My husband was offered a job in El Paso and so we moved out here last year. However, we just moved into this complex. I have to say, compared to Austin, these Town Homes are an absolute bargain! I am now paying the same price I did for a one-bed one-bath by UT Austin, for a gorgeous and incredibly spacious Town Home. The location is great, it is approximately a 10 minute drive to WholeFoods, and less than 5 minutes away from the hub of El Paso. Very Luxurious
June 27, 2018If you enjoy the view of the Franklin Mountains, these townhomes are perfect for you. My wife and I rented out a townhome for a year, and had no issues with the property or the neighbors. Management was very responsive, especially when we had an issue with our garbage disposal (which was resolved very quickly). Overall, we recommend these townhomes to anyone who is interested in a luxurious space by the mountain.Review from Apartments.com
