Don’t move here!
July 10, 2023Unpermitted renovations, lousy/unprofessional manager, and bug infested. Moved here in hopes of receiving a fully updated apartment that actually has what it says that the apartment comes with. The kitchen has no custom cabinets. They’re old and repainted to look new. The kitchen has no dishwasher and they’re holes behind the stove, fridge , and under the sink that lets a foul odor enter the apartment along with bugs such as cockroaches and sewer flies. The a/c installed in the apartments doesn’t ...even cool the entire apartment. The bathroom does not come with a custom tub or backsplash, just the bath inlay is repainted to look new for the pictures. The bathroom sink doesn’t even have a secondary drain incase the main drain is clogged and there are more holes in the bathroom area. For “updated modern appliances and fixtures ”, the lights just turn on at random as well as the fans at random times of the day. Aside of the horrible “redone” apartment, any compaint or concern to the manager is brushed off and or even not fixed The parking lot is filthy with garbage everywhere and the parking lot is unsecure with the security gate open and broken. At night around the apartment complex you can see cockroaches all over the place and many residents find them in their own apartments said to be quote on quote bug free and cleaned before move in. Horrible place to live along with the hidden fees and ridiculously high priced utilities. Don’t even waste your time. September 29, 2020Manager very polite, takes care of the complex and considers her residents, very knowledgeable of the complex, we have gated community, security cameras and security patrol. everyone keeps to themselves and quite complex which I like very much!!! July 14, 2020Only move here if you like having your stuff broken into, no security, there is one camera that doesn’t reach the whole parking lot and the “property manager” doesn’t help resolve any issues that occurred on property.Review from Apartments.com
