June 29, 2023Sierra Ridge is overall filthy. When I moved in, my apartment reeked of cat urine. No one had cleaned the apartment prior to my arrival. When something needs repairs, it takes multiple prompts and may or may not be repaired. I have requested my door be repaired three times and it still isn't done. The application and leasing process was a breeze and my leasing agent was quick with answers for any questions. The only disappointing thing was the common areas, such as hallways and entry ways were dirty and some areas smelt of smoke.
