New assistants sucks
December 12, 2024Besides the fact that she’s always on her phone she also has a terrible attitude. She’s so rude and replies to your questions unprofessionally. She has no business working in an office environment she has zero customer service talks to you like she’s talking to a homegirl. She needs to get a job where it won’t matter if she’s on her phone all day. Lots of staff changes lately and she’s the one that was poorly made. If you don’t want to lose residents or people applying get that girl off her phone ...get her Airpods out her ears and teach her some manners!Property Manager Responded

November 10, 2024The apartment is very spacious, complex is beautiful and quiet (most days). Staff is nice and very helpful. Wish people would pick up after their dogs more and there were bigger/more drawers in the apartment lol but overall I’m happy hereProperty Manager Responded
