November 5, 2024Great management team, maintenance, concierge, and amenities! Twice a month some of Atlanta's top chefs and their staff prepare for Signal House's residents an exclusive (complimentary) dinner in our state-of-the-art (full-serviced) kitchen and dining area. Three, four, and sometimes 5 course meals with hors d'oeuvres and the finest of wine and drinks. Not to mention our elaborate rooftop community garden overlooking the best of our city's past, present, and future skyline! We're proud to call ...Signal House 'home'. We're definitely a world community because of our multi-cultural backgrounds. Residents are from Germany, Jamaica, South America, Kenya, Israel, of course The U. S. October 8, 2024I've been living here for just over a week and a half, and I have to say, this place has truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and filled with natural light. The layout is well thought out, and every little detail seems to have been considered to make life comfortable and convenient. The complex is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and amenities that make it feel like a mini-resort. Whether I'm ...lounging by the pool or using the fitness center, there's always something to enjoy. The management team has been incredibly responsive and friendly, making the whole move-in process smooth and stress-free. One of the highlights for me has been the quiet, peaceful environment—perfect for relaxing after a long day. It's rare to find a place that balances both comfort and luxury so seamlessly. Hate the concierge/security being on the floor we have to enter to go to the elevator! Intrusion feeling please move them
April 19, 2024while the apartment is beautiful, there’s one thing that makes me and my husband very uncomfortable with even going home everyday and that is as soon as we walk in the door concierge and or security is sitting right there at the desk. Imagine going home and there’s someone sitting right at the entrance everyday. It feels almost like an intrusion on privacy. It’s incredibly uncomfortable! Maybe they need to be moved to a different floor so that they are not just sitting there like that making ...people uncomfortable. While I also understand security measures them sitting right there by the door and elevators are not needed. The building is already incredibly high tech with tons of cameras and security which is great. But we don’t like someone sitting right there on the same floor we have to enter the elevator to go inside our home. That’s no way to live it feels like a prison ! Again it’s incredibly uncomfortable! For those reasons once my lease is up we are not renewing! I don’t want to pay thousands of dollars a month to feel snooped upon everyday.
